This is some of the basic information a tenant will require throughout the tenancy.

BUSINESS HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

RENT: To be paid to CPM via Bank Cheque, Money Order, Electronic Funds Transfer or Bpay. Cash will not be accepted.

RECEIPTS: Will be issued but not posted. Receipts will be held on file for collection at anytime, just call beforehand to arrange to have them ready for pick up.

GAS & ELECTRICITY: To be arranged by the tenant. Energy Australia – 131 525  AGL gas - 131 606

TELEPHONE: Should a telephone be installed in the premises the tenant is required to maintain the connections and organise his/her own connection. Telstra - 132200

ELECTRICIAN: Energy Aust- 131 525

PLUMBER: Garners Plumbing- 9531 6334

LOCKSMITH: Apex  9569 4807

KEYS: It is the responsibility of the tenant to keep all keys, swipe cards and remotes that were handed out at the commencement of the lease and should a lock be changed; the tenant must give a copy of the key to the Agent. If you lock yourself out of your home after business hours, you can call your nearest locksmith for help. 

CONDITION REPORT: At the commencement of your lease you will be supplied with an inspection report. The tenant must complete the inspection report and return a copy to our office within 7 days.
Failure to return the report will result in our assumption that you agree with our initial inspections report.

REPAIRS: All repairs are to be reported to us in writing. Tenants will be required to co-operate in full with the tradesmen concerned by making an appointment with them or arranging to leave a key with us. Any minor repairs such as changing a light globe are asked if the tenant could address.

NOTICE TO VACATE: This must be given in writing to our office with the minimum required time frame as per the terms and conditions on page 7 of the lease.

VACATING: The lessee must return all keys to our office by 5.30pm on the day they vacate. Keys are not to be left with caretakers, security guards etc on vacating the premises. 
Rental responsibilities will cease only when all keys and swipe cards are returned to the agent.
